德州市奥德曼葡萄酒厂（以下简称奥德曼酒业）前身为“德州黄河罐头食品厂”，始创于1982年，2001年改制更名为“德州市奥德曼葡萄酒厂”，专业从事中高档葡萄酒生产，现为中国酿酒工业协会会员单位和山东省葡萄与葡萄酒协会常务理事单位,"国家食品质量卫生安全全面达标企业",德州市三级信用民营企业,2006年7月通过国家食品生产许可审查,顺利获得食品生产QS认证，企业已经通过ISO9001质量体系认证，2007年12月“奥德曼”干红葡萄酒被认定为“山东省轻工业名牌产品”.
本厂拥用国内先进的全不锈钢发酵储存及全自动流水灌装设备，建设了具有国际水准的橡木桶酒窖，具备年产100万升高档干红葡萄酒（未完，全文请查看更多）
